Alexander Connolly has extensive experience in mental health advocacy and psychotherapy, currently serving as a Staff Psychotherapist at Depth Counseling and a Case Management Supervisor at Downtown Emergency Service Center since June 2024. As a Staff Attorney at Mental Health Advocacy Services since October 2021, Alexander provides legal services to individuals facing mental health disabilities. Prior experience includes roles as a Paralegal/Tenant Advocate at the Homeless Advocacy Project, a Child Welfare Policy Assistant at the Association of Community Human Service Agencies, a Crisis Counselor at Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services, and a Teacher with WorldTeach. Alexander holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California, a JD from New York University School of Law, and a BA in Philosophy and Literature from Stanford University.
