Tricia Russo

Tricia Russo is an experienced quality management professional with a robust background in the mental health and community services sectors. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Coordinator at the Mental Health Association in New Jersey since July 2022, Tricia previously held the role of Director of Quality Management at 21 Plus, Inc. from November 2020 to July 2022. Tricia's extensive experience also includes positions as Chief Quality Officer and Quality Assurance Coordinator at Families & Community Together, Inc. from 2003 to November 2019, and Director of Quality Assurance/Trainer at Community Access Unlimited from 2000 to 2003. Early career roles include QMRP/Care Coordinator at Independent Living Association from 1999 to 2000 and Specialist at A Very Special Place, Inc. from 1998 to 1999.
