Jonny Jacobs

Jonny Jacobs is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Group Finance Director at Holland & Barrett since February 2024, Jonny is also a Non Executive member of the ICAS Governing Council and Trustee Board for the Mental Health Foundation. Previous roles include Finance Director EMEA at Starbucks, overseeing financial strategy for 40+ markets, and Head of Finance for M&S Foods, responsible for a £6 billion P&L. With a background that includes positions such as Strategy & Transformation Director at pladis Global and Group Finance Manager at John Menzies Plc, Jonny's expertise encompasses corporate development, financial controllership, and transformation leadership. Jonny holds a Chartered Accountant designation from ICAS and has completed the Management Leadership Program at Hult Ashridge, along with a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Glasgow.
