Clinical Team

The Clinical Team at Mental Health Innovations (MHI) is responsible for supervising and supporting the trained volunteers who respond to people in crisis through the Shout text line. Comprised of multiple Clinical Practitioners and a Clinical Rota Coordinator, the team ensures that all interactions are managed with the highest standards of care and in accordance with best practices in mental health. They provide expert guidance, manage any high-risk situations, and ensure the seamless operation and availability of the service 24/7.
