Milan Steskal

Milan Steskal is the founder and strategic advisor of Mentegram. Milan has also worked as the Head of Therapy Solutions at mySugr, the digital production director at digita.sk, and has held various other positions in the past.

Born in Czechoslovakia, Milan has always had a passion for technology and its potential to change people's lives. Milan started their career as a software engineer, but soon recognized the potential of digital products to make a real impact on people's lives. Milan shifted their focus to product management and has since been driven by the mission to create digital solutions that improve people's lives.

At mySugr, Milan led the development of two mySugr products (mySugr Pump Control and mySugr Bolus Calculator) and co-led the development of mySugr Logbook. Milan also worked with Roche strategy and portfolio leadership to co-create and implement the company's long term strategy. In addition, they led the cross-functional teams (±70 people) responsible for delivering value to users and customers. Lastly, they co-led the product management department (6 reports) and managed the relationship and communication with the senior Roche/mySugr leadership and other stakeholders (such as business implementation, marketing, regulatory, medical and other departments).

Milan's experience and expertise have made him a valuable asset to Mentegram. As a strategic advisor, they work with the Mentegram team to develop new products and solutions that will improve the lives of people with chronic conditions.

Milan Steskal has a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Economics Bratislava, and they also have a degree in finance from the same school. Milan also has certification from Harvard Division of Continuing Education in Communication Strategies: Presenting with Impact and Managing Yourself and Leading Others.
