Andrey Andreev

Andrey Andreev has over 18 years of professional experience in the technology industry. Andrey began their career in 2003 as a Software Developer at Quartal Content Management Oy. In 2006, they held Software Engineer positions at Ferruno Solutions Oy and Softability Oy. Andrey also worked as a Distributed Services Developer Support Engineer at Microsoft Corp. in 2006. From 2007 to 2010, Andrey worked at SugarCRM as a Global Technical Programs Manager, EMEA Technical Manager, and Senior Sales Engineer. Andrey then moved to Microsoft in 2013 as a Tech Sales Lead CRM - Central & Eastern Europe. In 2018, they became the Sales Director Central Europe at AppDirect, where they drove Digital Transformation innovation, monetization, and ecosystem building across top enterprise customers. In 2020, Andrey joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Developer Initiatives Lead. Currently, they are the Chief Technology Officer at Mentessa - Where the future works.

Andrey Andreev attended SMG from 1994 to 1999, followed by the University of Helsinki from 1999 to 2008 where they earned an MSc in Computer Science. From 2009 to 2010, they attended the Technical University of Munich and earned an Executive MBA in Innovation and Business Creation. Andrey also attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management in 2009, but did not receive a degree from either institution.
