Chris Venus

Chris Venus has a strong background in professional services and client success. Chris currently serves as the Head of Client Success at Mention Me, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Verint as the SVP Professional Services from August 2021 to April 2022. Before joining Verint, Chris spent several years at Conversocial, where they held multiple roles, including SVP Professional Services & Enablement from May 2019 to August 2021, VP Professional Services from April 2017 to May 2019, Global Head of Professional Services from May 2016 to April 2017, and Professional Services Director, EMEA from December 2014 to May 2016. Earlier in their career, Chris worked at SORCE, where they held various positions, including Professional Services Manager from September 2012 to December 2014, Professional Services Team Leader from November 2009 to September 2012, and Professional Services Consultant from June 2007 to November 2009. Chris began their career at Kewill as a Support Analyst from October 2004 to June 2007. Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated expertise in scaling professional services teams, developing strategies, and delivering high-quality services to clients.

Chris Venus attended Swansea University from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a 2:1 degree in Computer Science. In addition to their education, they obtained a certification in Managing for Impact from Winning by Design in February 2023.
