Charles Secchi

Charles Secchi is the current Product Director at Mention. Prior to this position, they were the Product Leader at Transaction Connect from April 2020 to November 2020. Before that, they were an Engineering Program Manager at Criteo from October 2018 to April 2020.

Charles has experience in product management, engineering, and software development. Charles is skilled in product roadmap creation and management, team management, quality assurance, and process improvement. Charles is also knowledgeable in customer focus and product-customer mentalities.

At Mention, Charles is responsible for directing the product team and ensuring that the products they create correspond to the company's objectives. Charles also manages the team's workload, creates necessary processes, and sets essential metrics.

Previously, at Transaction Connect, Charles was in charge of organizing the product roadmap to match the objectives of all Transaction Connect teams. Charles also managed the product team in order to have the necessary specifications for evolving the SaaS platform and conversion funnel. In addition, they created processes to improve the quality of deliverables and shift the company towards a product-customer mentality.

At Criteo, Charles' responsibilities included migrating Storetail projects within Criteo (platform, data, infrastructure), managing Storetail's ramp-up to adapt it for international use, managing the technical convergence of the Storetail product and a Criteo product to create a new unified platform, challenging teams on decisions related to the new platform's functionality, conducting maintenance of V1 platform and serving as level 2 support for new Criteo teams, organizing and following developments within sprints organized with teams, writing documentation and organizing platform training.

Charles Secchi has a MBA in Management of Software Engineering from Ionis-STM, a school of double competence, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from Y-NOV Ingésup.
