Tara Padua is a seasoned leader in coaching and personal development, currently serving as the Head of Coaching at Mento since March 2022, where Tara develops a proprietary coach training program to support and empower a community of Mento coaches. As the Founder and Podcast Host of NextFem.com since June 2015, Tara has cultivated a community of over 800 women focused on personal growth and open dialogue about modern womanhood. With extensive experience as a Senior Partner at TeamPossible, Tara aids individuals and teams in achieving transformational improvements. Previous roles include Associate Director of Executive MBA Career Management at Cornell University, Head Coach at Tenshey, Inc., and Senior Leader & Trainer at Accomplishment Coaching. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Bard College and certification as a Professional Coach from Accomplishment Coaching.
