Carol Avila

Carol graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and has held positions of increasing responsibility over the years in investment banking, corporate banking and investment management. Prior to joining Mentor Collective, Carol was a Director at Parallaxes Capital, an alternative asset manager focused on esoteric assets, where she led business management, finance, accounting and operations. Previously, she worked at Citi and MUFG. Carol is a mom of two girls and is passionate about empowering women and diversity in the workplace.
