Judit Llavina Serra

Judit Llavina Serra is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education, leadership development, and program management. Currently serving as Associate Director of Partner Success at Mentor Collective since September 2019, Judit is dedicated to creating impactful mentoring programs in partnership with universities. Notable past roles include Teaching Assistant for the Leadership & Ethics course at Harvard Kennedy School, Co-Founder of Zadig Experience, and International Development Consultant for the Liberian Ministry of Education through the Harvard Ministerial Leadership Program. Judit has contributed to various educational initiatives, enhancing early childhood education at Boston Public Schools and improving selection processes at Empieza Por Educar.
