Rowan Christmas

Rowan Christmas has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. They began their career as a Research Associate at the Institute for Systems Biology and then pursued a Biomolecular Structure and Design Ph.D. program at the University of Washington. Afterward, they worked as a Software Engineer at The Omni Group.

Rowan later joined Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Manager and became the digital strategy lead during the early years of the iPhone and mobile revolution. They were responsible for delivering UX, design, and implementation for support.

As a Startup Co-Founder at Rezza, an angel and self-funded startup, Rowan worked on creating a platform to automate and democratize data analysis. The ideas developed at Rezza were later leveraged in their work at Qualtrics and Genomic Life.

Rowan then transitioned to a role as a Principle Product Manager at Qualtrics, where they collaborated with clients to leverage existing functionality, identify missing needs, and develop new features. Their strategic and business analysis played a crucial role in the successful acquisition of Clarabridge.

Next, Rowan served as the Director of Insights and Reporting at Genomic Life, where they developed a streamlined B2B2C product for connecting members with genetic testing. They also assisted employers in maximizing the value of testing by navigating the complex health ecosystem.

At AIM Consulting Group, Rowan worked as a Principal Consultant, specializing in Digital Experience & Mobile. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Director of Strategy & Technology at Mentor Creative Group. In this role, Rowan applies their extensive research, engineering, and strategy experience to deliver complex digital solutions for clients.

Throughout their career, Rowan has acquired skills in various domains, including strategy, product development, UX/UI design, project management, branding, and data analysis.

Rowan Christmas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Washington, where they studied from 1998 to 2002.
