John M Hayes

John M Hayes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in facilities management and operations. Currently serving as the Utilities Supervisor for Cogeneration Operations at Mentor Technical Group since September 2022, John oversees both cGMP and non-GMP facilities and coordinates a team of eight colleagues. As the Principal Owner of JMH Management, LLC, initiated in February 2021, John provides holistic services in property and construction management. Previous roles include Property Manager at IHP Property Management, Administrative Services Supervisor at MMM Holdings LLC, and Facilities Administrator for Triple-S, where responsibilities included management of multiple properties and regional offices. John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurship and Operations Management from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, complemented by studies in Mechanical Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
