Luis David Soto has extensive experience in the engineering and utilities sectors, primarily within the pharmaceutical industry. Since September 2000, Soto has served as President of Mentor Technical Group, focusing on engineering compliance consulting for pharmaceutical companies and developing management strategies for business needs. Previously, as General Manager at Siemens Building Technologies, Soto managed branch operations for Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, overseeing sales and finance. Soto held increasingly responsible roles, including Utilities Manager at Janssen Ortho LLC, where responsibilities included supervising utilities services and managing maintenance programs, and Site Utilities Supervisor at Warner Lambert, where Soto oversaw electrical distribution. Early career experience includes positions at Ethicon Company and Olay Company, involving project coordination and utilities maintenance. Soto holds an MBA and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic University of PR.
