Mentor the Young
Gergana Tyaneva is a seasoned professional in product analytics and digital strategy with extensive experience in leading data-driven initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as a Mentor at Mentor the Young since March 2024, Gergana previously held positions at StepStone from February 2018 to March 2025, including Product Analytics Manager and Senior Digital Analyst. At C&A, Gergana led the data collection and analysis for the Digital Brand Marketing team, established the first digital KPI framework, and provided strategic insights to C-level stakeholders. Earlier experience includes roles at AKQA, where Gergana focused on optimizing media budgets and enhancing analytics processes, as well as positions at Foot Locker Europe and Wakoopa. Gergana holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Administration and Information Systems from the American University in Bulgaria.
