John Clow is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the utilities sector, currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at MentorAPM since July 2017, where responsibilities include enhancing operational performance and cost optimization for water/wastewater utilities. As Chief Executive Officer of Process Solutions Assurance since March 2012, John Clow continues to drive strategic initiatives within the industry. Previous roles at Oracle from January 2007 to March 2012 encompassed various leadership positions, such as Consulting Practice Director and Consulting Sales Director, focusing on Workforce Management and consulting for electric utilities. Earlier career experiences include Project Director roles at SPL WorldGroup and Implementation Consultant at Synergen Associates, along with foundational positions in quality assurance and business analysis. John Clow holds educational qualifications from California State University-Hayward and St. Mary's College of California.
