Lora Zotter

Lora Zotter is the VP of People Operations at MentorcliQ, where Lora oversees the global People Ops team. Lora was the first People hire at MentorcliQ and played a key role in rapidly growing the team. Prior to MentorcliQ, Lora worked as a Director of Talent Programs at Rev1 Ventures and an Associate Director of Client Services at BeecherHill. Lora also has experience in account management, recruitment, and HR coordination in various organizations such as The Advisory Board Company, DC Teaching Fellows, and See Forever Foundation. Lora holds a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology from Kenyon College and an M.A. in Public Anthropology from American University.
