Raché Stotts

Raché Stotts, CCP, serves as the Vice President of People Operations at T-Mobile, a role held since March 2011, following a progression through various leadership positions in HR, including Senior Director of HR Systems & Insights, Senior Director of HR Strategy & Insights, Director of Compensation Programs & Operations, Senior Manager of Enterprise Compensation & Programs, and Senior Compensation Consultant. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Executive Compensation Analyst and a Recruiter at Nike from August 2004 to March 2011. Raché holds an MBA from the UW Foster School of Business, a BA in Asian History from the University of Washington, and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Washington College of Engineering.
