Pedro Amador

Pedro Amador is an accomplished entrepreneur, international speaker, and digital marketing specialist with extensive experience in happiness research and methodology. As the Founder and Director of Happiness Play since 2006, Pedro has dedicated over 18 years to developing tools for individuals and organizations to enhance happiness. In addition to leading Happiness Play, Pedro serves as the Digital Marketing Manager and Chief Digital Officer at Universidad de la Empresa, overseeing comprehensive digital communication strategies. Pedro is also a consultant for AECOP, an associate teacher at Panamerican Business School, and a mentor at Aceleradora MentorDay. Past experiences include roles as an international motivational speaker, sales excellence specialist at Microsoft, and a professor at Universidad Católica del Uruguay.
