Amy Mills

Amy Mills is a seasoned professional in proposals and capture management with extensive experience across various leadership roles in the industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Proposals at Allucent since May 2022, Mills previously held the same title at Pharm-Olam, LLC from August 2017 to May 2022. In addition to this, Mills contributed to the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) as a Board of Directors Member from January 2016 to January 2018 and held a position as Regional Director from 2002 to 2012, representing the Southeast Region. Earlier career highlights include serving as Director of Proposals for Government Services at ICON plc and Deputy Director of Capture and Proposal Development at RTI International, where management of multimillion-dollar federal proposals commenced in 2001. Mills holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Penn State University.
