Mateo Murphy

Mateo Murphy has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Mateo is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Mentorly since February 2020. Previously, they worked as the CTO at viinyl from 2012, where they led the development of the viinyl.com platform. Before that, they worked as a freelance web developer and a music producer/DJ under their own company, Mateo Murphy, starting from 1994. In 2014, they joined Planbox as a Senior Web Developer, where they acted as the lead developer for the Planbox Work product and played a key role in migrating the infrastructure to AWS. Besides, they have also worked as a Senior Web Developer at Beneleventh Consulting from 2008-2009 and at Plank Multimedia Inc. from 2005-2007. Mateo started their career as a Software Developer at Sliq Media Technologies, Inc. from 1999-2001 and at LICEF Research Center from 1998-1999.

From 1996 to 1997, Mateo Murphy attended CDI College, where they pursued a degree in Computer Programming. Mateo successfully completed an A.E.C. (Attestation d'Études Collégiales) in this field of study during their time at the college.
