Beat Märchy

Beat Märchy has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Beat started their career as the Head of Education at Swisscontact - Indonesia in 1986. Beat then moved on to UBS, where they worked as a Kadertrainer and Personalentwickler from 1990 to 1996. Following that, they joined SIGMAL Kommunikation + Training AG as a Seminarleiter from 2003 to 2007. Beat then worked as a Dozent at KV Luzern from 2007 to 2020. In 2021, they worked as a Remote Consultant at WorkMotion, specializing in global HR solutions. Beat also served as a Business Development Manager at innovation.tank from July 2022 to September 2022. Currently, they are employed as an Online Business Consultant at MENTORTOOLS.

Beat Märchy has an extensive education history. In 1980 to 1983, they attended the University of Zurich and Fribourg and obtained a degree in Sekundarlehrer phil. II, specializing in Sekundarlehrer. In 1989, Märchy attended the Zentrum für Unternehmensführung ZFU and completed a course in Modernes Projektmanagement.

In 2003 to 2004, Märchy enrolled at Schweizerische Vereinigung für Führungsausbildung SVF and became a Prüfungsexperte SVF. In 2005 to 2006, they studied at Schweizerischer Verband für Erwachsenenbildung SVEB and earned the title of Ausbilder mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis.

In 2018, Märchy attended EF International Language Campuses and achieved an English Niveau C1 certification. Recently, in 2022, Märchy completed a program at MentorTools and received a degree in E-Learning Consultant, specializing in Programmierung. Beat also attended Innovation.Tank in the same year and completed a program in Agiles Projektmanagement.
