Shea Belsky

Shea Belsky has a long and varied work experience, having worked in a variety of roles since 2014. In 2016, Shea was the Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Ezra Tech, LLC, where they developed a web application for Science Olympiad tournament organizers. From 2016 to 2017, Shea was the Lead Instructor and Creator of the "Trends in Web Development" Course at Cornell Design & Tech Initiative, and the Web Team Lead at BigRed//Hacks. In 2017, Shea also held the role of Recruitment Director and Volunteer Director at the Slope Day Programming Board. From 2018 to 2019, Shea worked as a Software Engineer II (Stores and Geos) and Tech Lead (Awesome Learning) at Wayfair, and as a User Experience Engineering Intern at Google. In 2021, Shea was a Senior Software Engineer I at HubSpot, and in 2022, Shea became a Peer Mentor at Superpower Mentors. Currently, Shea is the Chief Technology Officer and Tech & Engineering Lead at Mentra.

Shea Belsky obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Science/Studies from Cornell University in 2018, followed by a Master's of Professional Studies in the same field from Cornell University in 2018. Prior to that, Shea attended Mahopac High School from 2010 to 2014. Shea also holds a certification in Accessibility for Web Design from LinkedIn, which was obtained in February 2021.
