Carole Ponsot is a holder of a diploma in economic and social administration, Carole started her career as HR Project Manager. After 27 years of experience in HR consulting acquired within specialized groups, she has acquired an expertise allowing her to intervene in an operational manner in the management of business transformations. In 2016, she joined the Menway Group and worked on the definition, preparation and animation of the social strategy.
