Stephen started their career at Alpha Flight Services, where they held various management roles, including General Operational Management Roles, Flight Services Manager, and Operations Manager. Stephen was responsible for a large labor bill and overhead budget across multiple UK regions, airports, and sites. Stephen expanded their responsibilities to include supply chain and operational excellence. Stephen also served as the Interim Operations Director for UK Airports, where they focused on stabilizing the work environment and achieving growth in the regional business.
Most recently, Stephen worked at Menzies Aviation as the SVP GSE and Project Director. Their role as SVP GSE involved overseeing ground support equipment operations, and their role as Project Director involved managing project-related activities.
