Briar Schwartz

Briar Schwartz has a diverse background in various industries. Briar started their career in 2012 as an intern in the Collections Department at the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art, where they gained experience in database management, conservation, and exhibition preparation. In 2013, they interned as an Exhibition Design Intern at the Seattle Art Museum.

In 2014, Briar joined Free People as a Stylist, excelling in sales, customer service, and social media management. Briar was also promoted to the role of Manager/Visual Training, where they handled back-office organization and maintenance.

From 2016 to 2019, Briar worked as a Production Assistant for What The Festival, primarily supporting the production team with administrative tasks and website management.

In 2017, they briefly worked as Artist Relations at Lightning in a Bottle/The Do Lab and as Filmography Transport Lead at Pickathon Festival, LLC.

In 2018, Briar joined Do LaB, Inc. as an Enterprise Coordinator, providing coordination and support for the company.

Most recently, they joined Meow Wolf in 2019 as a Product Developer.

Briar Schwartz has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation from the University of Oregon, which was obtained between 2008 and 2013. In addition, they also briefly attended the University of East Anglia in 2012, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
