Caitlin Merrell

Caitlin Merrell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Caitlin currently works as a Sr. Recruiter at Meow Wolf, an arts and entertainment company known for creating immersive experiences. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Google, where they held various positions, including Program Manager, Talent Development and Engagement Lead, Student Development Programs. Caitlin played a key role in increasing representation of underrepresented groups in tech and led Google's event strategy at the Grace Hopper Celebration for Women in Computing. Caitlin also worked as a Specialist in Technical Student Development and University Programs at Google, where they managed recruitment strategies for top universities. Before Google, they gained experience in recruitment and HR at Cyrus Innovation, Fresh Produce Sportswear, and Dr. Robert J. Kammer, DDS. Caitlin also held intern positions at Southwest Airlines, Presidents Leadership Class, Front Range Community College, and 9News, where they contributed to various projects and events.

Caitlin Merrell attended Johnson & Wales University from 2002 to 2004 where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, completing their studies in 2007.
