Elissa Logozio

Elissa Logozio has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Elissa began their career as a Substitute Teacher at Summit Public Schools, where they provided support to students of various backgrounds through differentiated instruction.

Elissa then worked as a Student Teacher in both New Jersey, USA, and Rome, Italy. During this time, they gained valuable experience in the field of education.

In 2010, Elissa joined Walt Disney Imagineering as an Imagineer (Creative Producer). Elissa successfully managed and produced various projects, including the development of Play Disney Parks and the Season of the Force celebration in Disneyland's Tomorrowland.

In 2015, Elissa founded Empathy Embodied, an online community that focuses on radical empathy and vulnerability. Through art, media, writing, and conversation, the community aims to create a supportive space for self-exploration and understanding others.

Most recently, Elissa worked at Meow Wolf, where they held multiple roles. As the Senior Director of Creative, they led a team of Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Artists. Elissa focused on establishing a culture of shared direction and effective communication within the organization. Elissa also provided mentorship and conflict management to individual leaders. Prior to this role, Elissa held the position of Director of Narrative and Narrative Production Manager at Meow Wolf.
