Phil Jones has a vast work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Phil most recently worked at Meow Wolf as the Brand Creative Lead since March 2022. Prior to that, they had been working with Meow Wolf since September 2019 as a Design and Creative Consultant, specializing in developing products for the Omega Mart exhibit.
Before joining Meow Wolf, Phil served as the Group Creative Director at 30 Watt from January 2018 to August 2019. In this role, they led the creative department, oversaw product development, and played a key role in implementing cross-departmental changes that resulted in a significant financial turnaround. Phil also collaborated with various brands to develop products and product lines.
In addition, Phil also worked as the Group Creative Director at Prank-O, a spinoff company of 30 Watt, from January 2018 to August 2019. Phil was responsible for overseeing website and product development.
Prior to these positions, Phil worked as a Creative Consultant, providing multidisciplinary creative services from August 2009 to December 2018. Phil'swork has been featured in renowned publications such as Communication Arts, Print Regional Design Annual, and Archive.
Phil also gained experience as a Creative at mono from April 2013 to 2014 and as an Art Director at Carmichael Lynch from September 2011 to April 2013. During their time at Carmichael Lynch, they headed the Carmichael Collective project and worked on creative projects for clients such as Subaru, Citgo, Animal Humane Society, First Energy, and Tempur-Pedic.
Earlier in their career, Phil held roles as a Designer/Art Director at Wray Ward in Charlotte, NC from August 2007 to August 2009 and as a Junior Designer at Mindsalt in Louisville, KY from August 2005 to August 2007.
Phil Jones attended Murray State University from 2000 to 2005, where they pursued a degree in Advertising with a focus on Graphic Design.
