Bethany Duckett has worked in the marketing and customer relations industry since 2013. In 2016, they worked as a Marketing Executive at Bloomsbury Publishing Plc, where they were responsible for planning and executing marketing activities for books across a range of product categories. In 2017, they became a CRM Executive at ASOS.com, where their key responsibilities included end-to-end management of global CRM campaigns, development of strategy for global push notifications, and delivery of CRM campaign analysis against KPIs. In 2019, they began working as a CRM Campaign Manager at Deliveroo. In 2021, they became a Senior CRM & Insights Manager and CRM & Insights Manager ME+EM at ME+EM Ltd.
Bethany Duckett obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from the University of Warwick between 2011 and 2014. Bethany was awarded a BA Degree in English Literature 1st Class from the University of Warwick in June 2014.
