Itai Fisher

Itai Fisher has extensive experience in the defense industry, with a focus on electro-optical and thermal technology. Itai is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Meprolight. Prior to this, they held various roles at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, including Head of Litening Business Unit and Deputy Marketing at Electro-Optical Directorate. Itai also served as the General Manager at VisionMap Digital Mapping Systems following its acquisition by Rafael. Before that, Fisher worked at Elbit Systems Ltd as the Senior Director of the Thermal Business Unit and Director of C4I for H/C. Itai began their career at SCD as a Project Manager for IR Sensors.

Itai Fisher holds an MBA degree from the University of Haifa, which was earned from 2000 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed a BSc degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology/Technician from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, graduating between 1989 and 1993. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Yacht Skipper from the Israeli Minister of Transportation in May 2021 and as a Certified Electrician from the Israel Electric Authority in April 1986.
