Hussam al Ghamdi

Hussam Al Ghamdi is an experienced professional currently serving as an Operating Partner at Merak Capital since September 2024. Previously, Hussam held various roles at Oracle, including Sr. Account Executive from September 2021 to September 2024, and at Microsoft in multiple capacities between September 2016 and September 2021, ultimately enhancing cloud adoption for businesses. Hussam also founded and directed Flagship.sa for eSports and Gaming Services from November 2017 to August 2022, delivering gaming and entertainment services. Earlier positions include Engagement Manager for the Public Sector at The University of Texas at San Antonio and Co-Founder and General Manager at eGamingZone Co. Hussam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and General Business Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Certified Master credential from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
