Ania Rokosz

Ania Rokosz has a diverse work experience in various industries. Ania is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Meraki Solar since August 2020. Prior to this, they worked as an Artist at Ania Rokosz ART starting from March 2023. From April 2018 to August 2020, Ania served as a Senior HR Business Partner and Global Recruitment and Talent Development Lead at Jinko Solar Co., Ltd. Before that, they worked as an Executive Recruiter at Ascendo Resources from December 2017 to April 2018. Ania also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Futures HealthCore and Futures Education from June 2015 to November 2017. Ania started their professional career as a Senior Recruiter at Spherion Jacksonville, where they focused on recruiting top talent in various fields.

Ania Rokosz has a diverse education history. Ania began their academic journey at the Academy of Art University, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree. During their time at the Academy of Art University from 2002 to 2006, Ania focused on Metal and Jewelry Arts as well as Studio Arts.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Ania pursued further education at the Keller Graduate School of Management. Ania obtained a Master of Human Resources Management degree in 2013, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.

In 2016, Ania engaged in Professional Development at the Gazelles Growth Institute, with a focus on the Innovation/Creativity pathway. This program allowed their to enhance their skills in these areas.

Building on their academic achievements, Ania embarked on an Executive Leadership Graduate Certificate program at Cornell University in 2022. Currently, they are expected to complete their studies at the Rhode Island School of Design, specializing in Painting, by 2024.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Ania Rokosz has obtained several certifications. Ania is a Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter (CSSR) and an AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) and Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter (ACIR), all acquired from AIRS in January 2017. Ania also holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), which they received in December 2013.
