Matthew S. Quimba

Matthew S. Quimba, ECE, CLSSBB, is an experienced supply chain and procurement professional currently serving as the Assistant Vice President and Head of SCM - Contracts Management and Head of Procurement for ICT at MERALCO since August 2020. Prior to this role, Matthew held advisory positions at CIS Bayad Center, Inc. and Customer Frontline Solutions between September 2022 and January 2024. Matthew boasts a strong background at Smart Communications, Inc., where responsibilities included Senior Manager of Category Management for IT and Core, as well as roles in procurement management. Earlier experience includes working as a Process Engineer and Engineering Supervisor at Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. Matthew holds an Advanced Master Certificate in Supply Chain Management and Procurement from Michigan State University, along with multiple master certificates in advanced procurement management, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of St. La Salle. Additionally, Matthew is currently enrolled in the Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management.
