Shirley Blenkinsop is a Senior People Advisor at Merantix. Shirley has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Change Management. Shirley has a passion for helping organizations create healthy, thriving cultures where employees can do their best work.

Shirley began their career as a Research Associate at Loughborough University, where they researched the drivers of organizational health. Shirley then joined Gemini Consulting (now Cap Gemini) as a Managing Consultant. At Gemini, Shirley focused on advanced cost accounting to drive marketing and manufacturing strategy. Shirley was also a Global Thought Leader at Gemini University.

After leaving Cap Gemini, Shirley spent several years as a consultant with SABC Consulting Services and SABC Consulting. In their most recent role before joining Merantix, Shirley was a Senior People & Culture Advisor at Kincentric, where they helped organizations create healthy, engaged cultures through change management and organizational development.

Shirley Blenkinsop has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Warwick, as well as a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Health from Loughborough University. Shirley also has a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies from the University of Warwick. Additionally, they are certified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator MBTI Parts 1 and 2 from Myers Briggs, and has a Post Graduate Qualification in Interpersonal Skills for Senior Managers from the London Business School. Finally, they are certified in HOGAN Zertifizierung from Hogan Assessment Systems and The Myers-Briggs Company.

They are on a team with Raphael Stücheli - Marketing Lead, Silviu Homoceanu - Founder in Residence, and Janette Wiget - CFO. Their manager is Adrian Locher, Co-Founder & CEO.
