Sheila Canzoneri

Sheila Canzoneri serves as the Deputy General Counsel at Merative since June 2022, following the company's divestment from IBM Watson Health where Sheila worked as Counsel from April 2016 to July 2022. Prior to that, Sheila held the position of Assistant General Counsel at Truven Health Analytics from April 2007 until its acquisition by IBM, where key contributions included leading contract lifecycle management initiatives and negotiating strategic transactions. Sheila's earlier experience includes roles as Senior Attorney at FICO, Assistant General Counsel at Braun Consulting, and a Litigation Associate at D'Ancona & Pflaum. Additionally, Sheila served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Northwestern University, teaching legal issues in medical informatics. Sheila holds a Juris Doctor degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Illinois State University.
