Adrian Novel

Adrian Novel is a Finance & Business Controller at Meratus Group since March 2024, overseeing financial activities related to ship management, including operational and capital expenses. Previously, Adrian served as a Global Project Manager at Filtrona from September 2022 to May 2024, managing global programmes and projects as well as new product development. Prior to that, Adrian worked at Michelin from October 2017 to September 2022 as a Strategic Project Manager and in Process & Technical Engineering, focusing on project management and implementing strategic initiatives in alignment with global standards. Adrian holds a Master of Science in Maritime Operation and Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Marine Engineering from Hochschule Wismar, along with a degree in Marine Systems Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya. Notable achievements include saving USD 226 in product costs through innovative project management in product repair development.
