Imelda Markus is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and assessment, with a strong background in psychology. Currently, Imelda holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition & Assessment at Meratus Group where Imelda collaborates with HR and business leaders to develop recruitment strategies and manage the entire recruitment process. Prior to this role, Imelda has held various positions in recruitment and human resources at companies such as PT Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines and Universitas Ciputra. Imelda's educational background includes a Master's degree in Psychology from Universitas Surabaya and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Ciputra Surabaya.
