Anja Fürst

Anja Fürst has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Anja started at Homburger in 2013 as a Legal Assistant and remained there until 2016. After that, they joined Wenger Plattner as a Legal Assistant from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they joined CSL Behring as a Trainee HR Business Partner, and later became a Junior HR Business Consultant from 2019 to August 2019. Since September 2019, Anja has been working at Meraxis Group, first as an HR Business Partner and currently as the Lead Talent, Development, Diversity & Inclusion.

Anja Fürst attended ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Development and Personality Psychology. Following their undergraduate studies, they continued their education at the same institution from 2017 to 2021, obtaining a Master's degree in Work and Organisational Psychology. The field of study for both degrees was not specified.
