Simon Grünig

Simon Grünig has a strong background in purchasing and account management. Simon began their career at cablex AG as a Buyer from October 2007 to July 2011. Simon then joined REHAU as a Strategic Buyer for Raw Materials from August 2011 to December 2014. From January 2015 to June 2019, they held the role of Team Leader Purchasing Raw Materials at REHAU. Currently, Simon is working at Meraxis Group as a Team Leader Purchasing Raw Materials since July 2019. In addition to their current role, they also serve as a Key Account Manager and PM Masterbatch at Meraxis Group starting from April 2023.

Simon Grünig has a strong background in procurement and purchasing, with education history from procure.ch. From 2008 to 2010, they obtained a diploma in procurement as an Einkäufer mit eidgenössischem Diplom, specializing in Einkauf, Beschaffung/Akquisitonen und Vertragsverwaltung. Later, from 2014 to 2015, they pursued further education at procure.ch and earned the degree of Einkaufsleiter mit eidgenössischem Diplom in the same field of study.
