Stephanie Wächter

Stephanie Wächter started their work experience in 2003 with an internship at Goldbeck Group. In 2004, they completed an internship at BMW Group. In 2006, they did two internships at Monique Mathieu Paris - Uniforms for Spa. From 2007 to 2008, they worked at REHAU as a student worker and completed their diploma thesis. Stephanie then continued their career at REHAU, holding various roles including Purchasing - E-Procurement / Process Development, Head of Purchasing - Strategies / Processes / Controlling, Head of Purchasing Services DE, and Head of Global Procurement Services, from 2008 to 2020. Since 2021, Stephanie has been working at Meraxis Group as a Business Transformation Manager and currently as Director Business Transformation.

Stephanie Wächter attended Wildelake High School from 2000 to 2001, where they obtained their Diploma. Stephanie then went on to study at Fachhochschule Hof from 2003 to 2008, earning a degree in Internationales Management with the title of Diplom Betriebswirtin (FH). Additionally, Stephanie participated in an Auslandssemester at the University of Skövde from 2005 to 2006.
