Alessandra D. has extensive experience in the legal field, focusing primarily on contracts, privacy, and data protection. Alessandra has held various positions throughout their career. From 2021, they served as the Head of Privacy & Data Protection at Mercado Bitcoin, where they were responsible for privacy governance, data protection, and legal support. Previously, from 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Legal Consultant in their own law firm, providing legal advice on contracts and compliance with the LGPD. Prior to that, Alessandra worked at Serasa Experian from 2000 to 2019, where they served in different roles, including Specialist Lawyer in the areas of contracts and privacy. Alessandra provided legal guidance on data management, developed internal guidelines, and drafted responses to customer inquiries and complaints. Additionally, they handled civil litigation cases and managed external law firms. Overall, Alessandra's work experience demonstrates their expertise in privacy and data protection, contract law, and legal consulting.

Alessandra D. has a robust educational background in the field of law. From 1995 to 1999, they attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and obtained a Superior degree in Direito (Law). Alessandra further pursued their education with a Curso de Pós-Graduação Lato Sensu (Specialization Degree) in Direito das Relações de Consumo (Consumer Relations Law) from the same university, which they completed from 2003 to 2004.

In 2010, Alessandra participated in a short-term educational program at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, focusing on Direito da Tecnologia da Informação (Law of Information Technology). Continuing to expand their knowledge, they enrolled in a Curso de Proteção de Dados Pessoais - GDPR (Personal Data Protection Course - GDPR) at CEU LAW SCHOOL in 2018.

Looking ahead, Alessandra is currently pursuing a Curso de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (Personal Data Protection Course) at LEC - Legal, Ethics & Compliance, which commenced in 2022 and is expected to conclude in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Alessandra has obtained a certification in Exin Privacy and Data Protection Essentials based on LGPD from EXIN in March 2023.
