Pethra Ferraz

Pethra Ferraz is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience across various industries, including fintech, consumer goods, and appliances. Currently serving as VP Marketing for Latam at Mercado Pago since January 2022, Pethra has previously held the role of Marketing Director at XP Inc. from August 2019 to January 2022. Prior to that, Pethra served as Global Innovation and CMI Director at BRF, where responsibilities included managing a team and defining business strategies, and as Brand and CMI Director at Whirlpool Latin America. Pethra began a career at AmBev, progressing through multiple marketing roles. Pethra holds an MBA from BSP - Business School São Paulo and a BA in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
