Ralph Heinze Flamand

Ralph Heinze Flamand is an experienced professional with a robust background in transportation planning, program management, and operations across leading companies. Currently serving as the Head of Transportation Planning at Mercado Libre since June 2019, Ralph has previously held key roles at Amazon and DHL, including Senior Program Manager and Planning/Ground Operations Director, respectively. Ralph also has experience in engineering management from Productos Mendoza, S.A. de C.V., and project engineering at Bayer. Educational qualifications include an MBA focused on Technology and Innovation Management from the University of Stuttgart and SIMT, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Electromechanical Engineering from Universidad Panamericana.
