Latrinda Williams

Latrinda Williams has a diverse work experience, starting in 2005 as a Medicare Advisor at Health Net. From there, they worked as an Account Executive at AEGON Americas in 2008, selling final expense life insurance policies. In 2013, they became a Project Manager at Healthcare Payment Specialists, where they planned and executed projects within budget and scope objectives. In 2014, they joined CVS Health as a Senior Manager, overseeing commercial client implementations as a contractor. Latrinda then transitioned to a role as a Client Benefits Manager at CVS Health in 2015, where they supervised workflow and recommended operational improvements. In 2016, they worked as a Program Manager at AmerisourceBergen, where they ensured program compliance and performance. In 2018, Latrinda joined Mercalis as a Sr. Director of DE&I and Culture, and later became the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Latrinda also held roles as a Program Director and Program Manager at Mercalis. Finally, from 2009 to 2019, they served in the US Army as a Healthcare Specialist, administering medical treatment to casualties and assisting with outpatient care. Latrinda is currently pursuing a DrPH (Doctor of Public Health) degree.

Latrinda Williams, MSHS MBA (DrPH Candidate), holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Latrinda pursued further education and earned a dual Master's degree in Healthcare Management and Business Administration from Trident University International. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Public Health at Capella University. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education and Learners certification from CITI Program. Latrinda is also a certified Black Belt - Six Sigma (Healthcare) from Villanova University and holds a Green Belt - Six Sigma (Healthcare) certification from Villanova University Online Business Programs.
