Dinesh Babu

Dinesh Babu has extensive work experience in the field of HRM and Payroll. Dinesh currently holds the position of Head of Payroll Operations Support at Mercans, where they oversee the smooth functioning of payroll operations. Prior to this role, they served as an Implementation Manager at Mercans, responsible for implementing payroll solutions in the MENA, EU, and APAC regions. Before joining Mercans, Dinesh worked at ADP as an Implementation Project Manager, where they played a crucial role in defining configuration specifications and business analysis requirements. Dinesh also served as an Implementation Team Lead at ADP India, where they acted as a point of contact between clients and the business partner, analyzed business processes, and created end-user documentation and training materials. Dinesh also gained valuable experience as a Senior Implementation Consultant at ADP, a Team Lead at Sun Business Solutions, a Technical Consultant at Sutherland Global Services Private Limited, and a Senior Business Analyst at Rapid Creative Solutions.

Dinesh Babu received their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bharath University, where they studied from 2008 to 2011.
