Javier Barros Broker de Seguros

Javier Barros is the founder of Grupo Barros Broker de Seguros, established in November 2018, which provides high-performance service solutions for producers and organizers across the country, focusing on maximizing client portfolio performance. Since October 2018, Javier has also served as the Commercial Development Manager at La Mercantil Andina S.A., where the emphasis is on developing traditional insurance producer channels and creating strategies to enhance client loyalty and identify sales opportunities. Javier's prior experience includes leadership roles at SAN CRISTOBAL Seguros, La Mercantil Andina S.A. as branch manager, and RSA as a senior account executive, as well as working at Federación Patronal Seguros S.A. as a technical commercial executive. Javier holds a degree in Public Accounting from Universidad Católica de Salta and has pursued various professional training programs related to consultative sales, operational risk, and marketing.
