Isaac Margolin

Isaac Margolin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Isaac is currently serving as the Executive Vice President and CFO at Mercantile Discount Bank Ltd. Prior to this, they founded and served as the CEO of Margolin Financial Consulting. Isaac also served as the CEO and Founder of Jay Lending.

In terms of their finance and risk management experience, Isaac worked as the Chief Risk Officer at eToro, where they were responsible for identifying and mitigating various risks across the organization. Isaac also served as an Independent Consultant at Bank Leumi USA, VP and Head of Market and Liquidity Risk at Synchrony Financial, and Senior Vice President and Head of Market Risk and Liquidity, Risk Management at IDB Bank.

Isaac has also held positions at Israel Discount Bank Ltd., where they were the Deputy Head of ALM and Treasury, as well as at accounting firms Ernst & Young and KPMG, where they worked in valuation, business modeling, and audit roles respectively.

Isaac Margolin has pursued education in various fields throughout their career. In 2005, they obtained the CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification from Israel. Moving forward, in 2013, they acquired the Certified FRM (Financial Risk Manager) certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.

Regarding their formal education, Isaac attended The Hebrew University of Jerusalem where they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Accounting. After that, they pursued further education at the same institution, earning a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) degree in Accounting. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Economics and Business Administration from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

In 2020, Isaac Margolin attended the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford for executive education in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
