Susan Villaverde

Susan Villaverde is an experienced portfolio manager currently at Mercantile Property Management Corp. since May 2024, following a significant tenure at Beacon Communities LLC from October 2012 to May 2024, where roles included property manager, assistant property manager, and administrative assistant.
