Raquel Cardelle has a diverse work experience. Raquel started their career in 1998 as a Residential Social Worker for Ekaya Housing Association. Raquel then worked as a Team Leader for London Borough of Tower Hamlets from 2001 to 2003. From 2003 to 2005, they served as a Senior Systemic Family Therapist at Brent CAMHS (London). Raquel also worked as a High Specialist Senior Systemic Family Therapist at CNWL Foundation Trust from 2003 to 2007. In 2009, they became an Educadora Social at Fundación Secretariado Gitano. Raquel later joined Consejería de Educación y Empleo de Madrid as a Mediadora Intercultural from 2011 to 2012. Their most recent position is as Director Talent Management at MERCANZA, starting in February 2018.
Raquel Cardelle's education history begins in 1985 when they enrolled at the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela. Raquel pursued a degree in Pedagogia and completed their studies in 1990.
In 1995, Raquel attended the Institute of Family Therapy in London and obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Systemic Approach to Counselling. This furthered their knowledge in the field of Mental Health.

Building on their expertise, Raquel enrolled at the University of Bedfordshire in 1998 and pursued a Master's degree in Systemic Family Therapy. Raquel successfully completed this program in 2001.
In 2004, Raquel continued their education journey at Northumbria University, where they pursued an MSc in Systemic Teaching, Training & Supervision, with a focus on Mental Health. Raquel completed this program in 2006.
